IBIH Henan, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBIH, was established in 2017 and is located in Xuchang, Henan Province. The company is a high-tech enterprise focusing on developing and delivering integrated fire-resistant and thermal insulation solutions for the transportation sector.

As a global pioneer in large-scale thermal protection solutions for EV battery systems, IBIH Henan has been at the forefront of material innovation to enhance EV safety and efficiency. The company is certified to the IATF16949 QMS and operates with fully integrated capabilities across R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance. To date, its advanced aerogel-based insulation products have safeguarded more than 6 million EVs worldwide.

In April 2025, IBIH Henan officially started construction of the Xuchang Aerogel Industrial Park. Once fully operational, the facility will boost the company’s annual production capacity of battery insulation pads to over 300 million units, further strengthening its global supply capabilities and industry leadership.

With a focus on battery safety solutions at the Henan Base and aerogel material innovation at the Hebei Base, IBIH has established a vertically integrated, upstream–downstream synergy. This collaborative structure enables a dual-engine growth model driven by industrial coordination and independent innovation.
