Thermal Propagation Blocking
In cell-level applications, aerogel pads act as a barrier between power battery cells, delaying thermal propagation caused by thermal runaway and preventing rapid heat transfer to adjacent cells. -
Fire Intensity Suppression
Aerogel coatings, pads, and ceramic tapes combine to block fire spread in three-dimensional directions, effectively reducing fire intensity across module and pack levels. -
High-Temperature Resistance Performance
For cell-level protection, we offer three aerogel pad variants differentiated by their base fibers, each with distinct temperature resistance:
Pre-oxidized fiber aerogel pads: Withstand 1000℃ instantaneously and 400℃ for long-term use;
Ceramic fiber aerogel pads: Withstand 1200℃ instantaneously and 800℃ for long-term use;
Glass fiber aerogel pads: Withstand 1000℃ instantaneously and 650℃ for long-term use.
