Aerogel Cryogenic Insulation Blankets is composed of nano porous silica aerogel and fiber materials via a special process for low-temperature resistant composite thermal insulation. The aluminum foil isolation layer can effectively isolate moisture, prevent low-temperature condensation, and meet the cleanliness requirements for construction.

Superior thermal insulation performance
Three-dimensional reticulated nano porous structure of KSL0 has ultra-low thermal conductivity, which can achieve 2 to 3 times the thermal insulation performance of traditional materials, greatly reducing energy loss, while also greatly improving space utilization, and thereby saving cost on transportation, storage, labor, and time. -
Hydrophobic air-resistant sealing
The hydrophobicity of KSL0 reaches 99%, and water vapor cannot penetrate it. The specially designed reflective, air-resistant aluminum foil layer further prevents moisture penetration, and it has a moisture permeability coefficient that is far lower than that of traditional foam materials. It provides a double guarantee for both sealing and being frost free. -
High flame resistance level
The main components of KSL0 are inorganic oxides, which avoids the fire hazard created by organic foam insulation materials. -
Long service life
It is composed of inorganic materials, giving it a cryogenic shrinkage rate that is far lower than that of organic foam materials.It has a stable structure, is compressible and resilient, and can be used repeatedly after maintenance and disassembly, with an effective service life of more than 30 years.
