Established in 2018, has been recognized as both the Xuchang Aerogel Materials Technology Innovation Center and the Henan Provincial Aerogel Materials Engineering Technology Research Center. It serves as a comprehensive R&D platform dedicated to the research, characterization, and application development of aerogel materials.

Located in Xuchang City, Henan Province, the center houses 13 specialized laboratories for aerogel, rubber, coatings, and other advanced materials, with a total R&D area of 1,915 m². It is equipped with 100 high-end instruments, including:

Supercritical drying systems

Freeze dryers

SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope)

BET surface area analyzers

Laser particle size analyzers

GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry)

XRD (X-ray Diffraction)
The total value of these facilities exceeds 14 million RMB. Additionally, the center operates 1 pilot-scale production line and 2 semi-industrial trial production lines.

The R&D team comprises 30+ full-time researchers, with 35% holding master`s degrees or higher. Through collaborations with leading domestic and international research institutions, the center has cultivated a competitive edge in technical expertise.
