1. Material R&D & Design

  • New Product Development: Engage in developing and designing polyimide aerogel materials; propose innovative solutions based on market needs and client requirements.

2. Project Management

3. Technical Services

  1. New Product Process Design: Lead process flow design for new product introductions; complete PFMEA development and SOP documentation.
  2. Production Line Optimization: Optimize existing production line processes using IE methods (time studies, line balancing analysis) to improve efficiency.
