Core Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Develop project engineering plans and solutions; organize and implement activities to ensure on-schedule, quality-compliant, and quantity-delivered project completion.
Technical Problem-Solving: Research and address complex technical challenges; resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Cost & Resource Management: Monitor project costs and benefits; optimize resource allocation to maximize project profitability.
Risk Management & Reporting: Proactively identify project risks/issues, implement timely resolutions, and escalate critical matters to senior management.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:10+ years of relevant work experience, including ≥5 years in engineering project management.
Industry Knowledge:Deep familiarity with manufacturing environments; strong technical understanding of processes, quality standards, and industry practices.
Skills:
Exceptional team leadership and organizational abilities.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in CAD software for technical drafting.

Sales manager

Main responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Regional Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories/industries to achieve assigned revenue targets and payment collection goals.

Strategic Account Management: Build and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs; provide actionable insights to inform product development and market strategy.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the entire sales process including opportunity identification, solution design, quotation/negotiation, contract closure, and post-sale follow-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Finance) to ensure prompt response to customer requirements and resolution of sales-related challenges.

Performance Analysis: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, market analyses, and expense reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in Inorganic Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience & Skills:

· 3+ years of B2B sales experience with documented success in achieving targets

· Preferred: Background in insulation, building materials, or construction industries

· Demonstrated mastery of solution selling techniques and complex negotiations

Main responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead investigation, root cause analysis, and timely 8D report submission for customer quality complaints.

Manage customer returns and coordinate the resolution of customer claims.

Maintain positive customer relationships; develop and optimize customer complaint handling processes to ensure rapid resolution of feedback.

Analyze customer quality issues, implement corrective actions, track progress, and ensure effective closure of long-term solutions.

Develop, update, and deliver training on quality inspection standards to relevant personnel.

Lead the resolution of internal quality issues; analyze defects, track effectiveness of implemented solutions, and drive closed-loop corrective/preventive action (CAPA) management. Generate quality improvement reports.

Establish and maintain control procedures for non-conforming products (NCP) management.

Participate in New Product Development (NPD) quality planning; track and lead improvement efforts for quality issues during NPD phases.

Evaluate and manage quality impacts of internal changes; ensure quality control throughout the change management process.

Participate in the development and review of key quality documentation (Process FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans).

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field).

Experience:3+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment (automotive, electronics, or industrial manufacturing preferred).

Required Skills & Competencies:

Process Methodology: Proficient in PDCA and Turtle Diagrams.

Problem-Solving/Analysis Tools: Expertise in 8D Methodology, Fishbone/Ishikawa Diagrams, 5-Why Analysis, NTF (No Trouble Found) Analysis.

Core Quality Tools: Comprehensive knowledge and application experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Control Plans (CP), MSA (Measurement System Analysis).

Statistical Tools: Practical skills using Minitab and interpreting statistical outputs (e.g., Histograms, Process Capability Analysis - Cp/Cpk).

Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
